Virtual Assistant Message Support

This option is designed for virtual assistants who want ongoing guidance and support without needing to schedule live calls. 


During your support period, you'll have access to message-based support where you can ask questions, troubleshoot situations, and get feedback on your business in real time. 


Support includes: 

 • written responses 

 • voice message replies 

 • ongoing guidance and advice 


Communication can take place through Slack or Discord. 


Support hours are generally Monday-Friday, 9am–5pm PST. I will not be available on the weekends, but you WILL receive a full 14 days of support (your final day of support will the the 14th weekday from your start date).


Responses will be provided within a reasonable timeframe during those hours. 


This option works well for people who want someone in their corner while they implement and grow their business.
