During your support period, you'll have access to message-based support where you can ask questions, troubleshoot situations, and get feedback on your business in real time.
Support includes:
• written responses
• voice message replies
• ongoing guidance and advice
Communication can take place through Slack or Discord.
Support hours are generally Monday-Friday, 9am–5pm PST. Jazzy will do her best to provide responses on weekends for this term.
Responses will be provided within a reasonable timeframe during those hours.
This option works well for people who want someone in their corner while they implement and grow their business.
